About A.E.S. & IT Nationwide

Founded in 1998 and located in San Francisco, Advanced Employment Services, Inc. (A.E.S.) is a woman owned boutique executive search firm and employment agency. A.E.S. specializes in Executive & Management Searches on a nationwide level and in Entry- to Executive level positions in California. We have been serving a broad clientele in a vast variety of industries and locations.

The focus of our two additional divisions – Construction Worldwide and IT Nationwide – are Construction, Engineering, Real Estate, Manufacturing, and Information Technology respectively.

Over the past 25 years, we have established a solid foundation for our business through client and candidate connections and referrals. Having established ourselves as strong and reliable business partners, we are selective in the companies and candidates we collaborate with.

Our Management consists of professionals who understand and comply with employment laws, who uphold strict ethical standards, and who initiate the best business practices. We are committed to client satisfaction and building long-term partnerships with our clients.

Leadership

Isabella Schwarzinger – CEO & Founder

Isabella was born and raised in Europe.  She graduated from the Karl-Franzenz University in Graz, Austria with a Diploma in Export Management and Business Administration.

In her early career, Isabella worked as a Project and Financial Manager for a global industrial plants manufacturer, managing a large number of project deadlines as well as the financial side of international projects. Additionally, she was also involved in the hiring process for temporary and direct hire personnel.

In 1996, Isabella relocated to the United States.  Upon leaving her employment, she contacted placement agencies. However, their inadequate interview process left her so perplexed that she was convinced she could do a much better job, leading to the establishment of Advanced Employment Services, Inc. Subsequently, two additional divisions were added to the company’s operations, one being Construction Worldwide and the other IT Nationwide.

Isabella’s deep understanding of an organization’s financial performance, combined with her wealth of experience in sourcing, selecting, and recruiting qualified candidates for her clients, makes her uniquely qualified to provide exceptional service and outstanding outcomes for her clients.

Isabella served for several years on the Board of the California Staffing Professionals.
